1. Hot dip galvanized steel sheet. Immerse the thin steel plate in the molten zinc bath
To make a thin layer of zinc adhere to its surface. At present, it is mainly produced by the continuous galvanizing process, that is, the coiled steel plate is continuously immersed in the zinc plating bath to make the galvanized steel plate;
2. Electro-galvanized steel sheet. The galvanized steel sheet manufactured by the electroplating method has good workability. However, the coating is thin, and the corrosion resistance is not as good as the hot-dip galvanized sheet;
3. Alloy, composite galvanized steel plate. It is a steel plate made of zinc and other metals such as aluminum, lead, zinc, etc. alloy or even composite plating. This steel plate not only has excellent anti-rust performance, but also has good coating performance;
In addition to the above three, there are also color galvanized steel sheets, printed coating galvanized steel sheets, polyvinyl chloride laminated galvanized steel sheets, etc. But currently the most commonly used hot dip galvanized sheet.
Surface state: Due to the different treatment methods in the galvanizing process, the surface state is also different, such as ordinary zinc flower, fine zinc flower, flat zinc flower, non-zinc flower and phosphating surface, etc.
